1. 2008 Priestly Ordination Schedule
A total of twenty-eight spiritan deacons would be raised to the order of priesthood at different locations by various bishops. Read More

2. Ordinations 200 and Professions

In July 2007, 23 Spiritans were ordained in different locations in the country. In September, 26 confreres made their final profession -25 at Isienu and 1 in Ireland and 27 novices made their first profession.

The death of Rev. Fr Timothy M.Buckley C.S.Sp, which occurred on October 1, 2007 at Enugu, Nigeria, marks the end of the grand era of the dedicated missionary presence of the Holy Ghost Fathers and Brothers (SPIRITANS) of the Irish Province in what is presently the Onitsha region of the Spiritan Province of Nigeria.
